Hiring Brief: Photographers for Glow-Up Portfolio Project (Mumbai)

Project Overview:

We are launching a “Glow-Up” portfolio enhancement project under Showcase Yourself, aimed at elevating the visual profiles of our talent. The project involves high-quality studio shoots to create professional, polished portfolios for each individual.

Requirement:

We are looking to hire 10 experienced photographers based in Mumbai for this project.

Scope of Work:

Conduct studio-based portfolio shoots for assigned talent

Capture a range of looks (headshots, mid-shots, full-length)

Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and premium output quality

Collaborate with styling and creative direction teams

Equipment Requirements:

Full-frame camera (mandatory)

Fixed/prime lenses (preferred for sharp portrait output)

Professional studio lighting setup (or ability to work within provided studio setup)

Mic-setup

Deliverables:

High-resolution edited images per talent (final count to be defined)

Color-corrected and retouched photos aligned with brand aesthetics

Timely submission as per project schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong portfolio in portrait / fashion / portfolio photography

Experience with studio lighting and controlled shoots

Ability to maintain consistency across multiple subjects

Professional, reliable, and deadline-oriented
