Refund Policy:

At Showcase Yourself, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our clients. However, certain circumstances might require clarification regarding our refund policy. Please review the following refund guidelines:


Talent Arrival and Quality of Work:


Showcase Yourself is not liable for instances where the talent does not arrive punctually or fails to meet the expected quality of work as defined by the client's brief. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

Client Responsibilities:


Clients are responsible for reviewing the talent's profile thoroughly before booking and refraining from withholding crucial briefs that might affect the talent's performance. Failure to provide essential information will not warrant a refund.

Payment and No-Show Situations:


In the event of the talent not showing up despite payment being made, clients must report the issue to the Showcase team within 2 hours of the scheduled event. Refunds will be considered based on the circumstances and investigation results.

Last-Minute Bookings:


For bookings made on short notice, Showcase will not entertain refund requests in case of cancellation by the client. Clients should carefully consider the implications of last-minute bookings before proceeding with payment.

Refund Policy for Two-Day Prior Bookings:


If a talent is booked two days before the scheduled shoot or event, and the booking amount has been transferred, clients may request a refund up to 48 hours before the commencement of the shoot or event. No refunds will be processed after this period.

Failure of Delivery:


In the rare event of a failure to deliver the expected service, the Showcase team will conduct an investigation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the outcome of the investigation.

Submission of Refund Requests:


Clients seeking a refund must formally submit their request along with relevant details, such as booking ID, within the stipulated timelines to be considered for a refund.


Refund is applicable only if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled project.

Refund is applicable for specific products and services listed on the website.

5.3. Cancellation Initiated by the Talent:


ShowcaseYourself.com may apply a cancellation fee as outlined in the terms agreed upon between the talent and ShowcaseYourself.com.


Any refund eligibility for the client will be subject to the terms negotiated between the talent and ShowcaseYourself.com.

Dispute Resolution:


6.1. In the event that the talent does not perform according to the agreed terms, the client may raise a dispute.


6.2. Disputes will be handled by the back-end team of ShowcaseYourself.com to assess the situation objectively.


6.3. The back-end team will investigate the dispute and determine the appropriate resolution.


6.4. If the dispute is found in favor of the client, the talent may be required to provide a partial refund of up to 50%, at the talent's discretion.


Refund Process:


7.1. ShowcaseYourself.com will process the refund within 5-7 working days after receiving the cancellation or dispute resolution request.


7.2. The refunded amount, excluding the payment gateway charges, will be deposited into the customer's bank account.
